In March of 2010, we celebrated our 50th anniversary! Since 1960, Bethel Children’s Home has provided a warm, caring place for children in need of a home. Bethel Children’s Home is not strictly an Orphanage, becuase many of the children have a living parent. Many children arrive to the Home after a court order removing due to the dangers and living conditions of their biological families. Hogar Bethel receives aid from the government, churches, volunteers, and survives solely on donations. It does not take long to realize that everyone lives as if it were one big family, eating together, doing specific chores, going to school and activities, and helping care for one another.
